TAILOR-MADE Steelmaking

The heart of Eridian is the modern production centre, where we carry out deep drilling from round bars of all types of steel, carbon and alloy.

An indispensable service in at least 3 cases:

- Lack of standard tubes with specific dimensional characteristics.
- Supplies of minimum quantities, not sufficient to make industrial-scale production sustainable.
- Need for special qualities, such as C40/45/60, 38NiCrMo3, 38NCD4, AISI 304.

According to your production needs, we can offer you advice and support your company's R&D department in the design of custom-made hollow round bars for any type of application, taking care directly of the production of the parts.

HEEL SYSTEM

CHARACTERISTICS - Drilling From 20 to 70 mm (by 5 in 5 mm). - Drilling From 80 to 280 mm (10 to 10 mm). - On-axis through-feed and traditional blind in length 6000 mm - On a mechanical table, on-axis and off-axis execution with a maximum length of 1870 mm, width 1000 mm, hole spacing from 0 to 300 mm and a table capacity of 5000 kg. - On round, square and rectangular workpieces - Possibility of extra standard machining to be evaluated.

GIANA 1 PLANT

CHARACTERISTICS - Drilling From 80 to 250 mm (from 10 to 10 mm). DRILLING - Through and blind in axis on round products.

GIANA 2 PLANT

CHARACTERISTICS - Drilling From 80 to 450 mm (from 10 to 10 mm). DRILLING - Through and blind in axis on round products.
